The Calcination Plant Project was completed for the end user Emirates Global Aluminium working with the client Outotec, BPJV. Technomak completed the EPC contract with Outotec for the calcination project with Zero LTI and best contractor recognition. It includes Fabrication, Assembly and Erection of Calcinator Plant.
Scope includes Structural, ESP Units, Piping, Stack, Ducts & Chute, Non Rotating Equipment’s, Rotating Equipment’s, Plant erection works, Insulation works, Mechanical completion, Pre commissioning works and Commissioning Assistance. This made Al Taweelah Alumina Refinery the first to be built in the UAE to secure alumina needs for the UAE’s aluminium industry need.
