Technomak completed a project for CGCL in Trinidad and Tobago on March 10, 2017. The end user was Caribbean Gas Chemical Limited and the client was Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Metito. The scope of work included fabrication, assembly, and electrical works for Water treatment skids for Dimethyl ether (DME) plant.
The equipment was fuelled primarily by natural gas sourced from Trinidad and Tobago. The plant has an annual production capacity of one million tons of methanol and 20,000 tons of DME.
