Modules can be single level or multiple levels designed for single lift or multiple lifts. These can be customised to the fire / blast-rating requirements of the projects suitable for operating in safe area or Zone 1 or Zone 2 Hazardous areas, complying to ILO, IMO, SOLAS, Marpol regulations.

We also undertake the extension of existing living quarters, refurbishment of existing living quarters and temporary living quarters.

We provide blast-rated buildings that can withstand the blast overpressure (walls and decks) ranging from 0.05bar to 0.5bar based on client requirements.

Fire-rated and blast-resistant buildings, ranging from A60, H60, H120, J15, J30 and 2-Hour fire-rated buildings as per BS476 standards can be offered.
