To do this, we have established and maintain a documented Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System that complies with the standards set by national and international bodies.
We ensure proactive hazard identification and follow a hierarchy of controls to manage them. Technomak follows a risks and opportunities assessment of processes and activities, laying emphasis on protection of the environment. Our employees also participate in building the HSE function, that helps nurture a positive safety culture.

Establishing and maintaining a documented Health, Safety and Environmental Management System (HSEMS) that will meet international standards.
Ensuring procedures, processes, programmes and guidelines are in place to support HSEMS and implementation of the same.

HSE MISSION
Technomak is committed to providing a healthy, safe, and risk-free working environment for all its personnel and is totally committed to preventing pollution to the environment. Technomak strives to prevent the incidents that lead to injury, ill health, and damages. The management system set by Technomak uses policies and procedures to achieve these objectives. The management system provides a systematic Plan-Do- Check-Act (PDCA) approach to manage the Occupational Health & Safety (OH & S) risks and Environment aspects associated with Technomak’s activities, products, and services.
The management at Technomak is accountable for promoting continued safety and environment awareness, assigning responsibility for all aspects of the HSE policy, continuously reviewing to identify the areas for improvement and ensuring the performance of management system.
HSE Attainments
Technomak believes in its people and reinforces positive HSE attitude and behaviors through the various engaging HSE initiatives and programs that helps in the continual improvement of our HSE standards, performance and metrics. Our current key HSE activities include:
